Based on the 77 reports received for this study, none of the samples leaked or were damaged during shipment. All but 4 of the reports listed the date the samples were received, and 54 (70.1%) labs reported the samples were received in 15 days or less. Shipping delays longer than 15 days are a concern. Below is a graphical summary of the shipping lags. Please inform the QA-SAC manager (manager@qasac-americas.org) of your suggestions on how to shorten these delays (address problems, customs forms, etc.).
